Conference Raffle Terms and Conditions
Our raffle is open to anyone who comes to see us at our stand during the IRMS Conference. Winners will be notified via email, and if you’re lucky enough to win in our raffle, there are a few things you should know about redeeming your prize.
All prizes from our IRMS 2025 competition:
- Must be redeemed/booked by 20 June 2025
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
- Can only be used for new bookings for yourself or a colleague
- Any bookings made using a prize are not transferable
- Cannot be used for corporate packages
In addition:
- Both self-study prizes are available online and on demand, and you have one year’s full access to the course from your date of sign up
- Any additional fees payable are not included in the prize, and the balance or PO must be received within one month of booking
- If using the Pay Now Train Later voucher as part payment, the balance or PO must be received within one month of booking
- Any courses purchased using the Pay Now Train Later voucher will be subject to their own conditions and length of access
- The training assessment must be scheduled by 20 June 2025 and completed by 20 September 2025
