Liz Taylor

Liz Taylor is the founder of Tkm Consulting and has worked in information governance, data protection, and related fields since 1998. Since establishing the business in 2014, she has provided consultancy, training, and Data Protection Officer (DPO) as a Service to organisations across the public and private sectors. Liz leads practitioner-level data protection qualifications and specialises in data protection, freedom of information, records management, and information governance compliance. Liz holds postgraduate qualifications in Data Protection Law and Information Governance, Knowledge Management Systems, and Education and Training Management, and is currently undertaking a PhD at University College London (UCL) researching the role of the Data Protection Officer. A Fellow of the Information and Records Management Society, she is also the author of two business books on information management and freedom of information, published by Chandos Publishing.
