The BCS Practitioner Certificate in Freedom of Information is designed for candidates who have responsibility for managing or responding to freedom of information and subject access requests. Although not essential, it would be beneficial for candidates to have some knowledge of relevant legislation and the practical application of same in the workplace.
This course is delivered by Liz Taylor and Frank Rankin over five days. Completion of the course materials equates to approximately 40hrs of study. Please see above for our upcoming course dates.
We like to keep our training as interactive as possible and therefore limit our face-to-face course size to a maximum of eight attendees. This allows everyone to participate and gives us the opportunity to answer your questions throughout the course.
Supporting materials that accompany this course are available in digital and hard copy formats and we recommend you order a set of hard copy materials. There is no additional cost for this. Please note that if you order digital only, we will still require an address for your course handbook which is currently only available in hard copy.
Please note the BCS refresh the practitioner certificate syllabus every 6 months. Online on demand content will be updated to reflect the current syllabus and you should check you have covered the current syllabus prior to sitting your assessment.
