This is a supported work-based project that usually takes around 6 weeks complete. It can be started any time after successfully completion of the Certificate in Managing Data Protection Compliance.

The diploma is a single module that comprises a work-based module with a 3,000 word assignment.
The unit will enable candidates to analyse the relevance of the contexts in which personal data is processed, and apply the appropriate parts of data protection and associated legislative requirements in a range of scenarios.
It will also provide candidates with skills to assess levels of compliance in relation to all relevant parts of the legislation as well as to formulate a programme of compliance activities based on the risks of non-compliance.
